Last night saw ten of our ANDis don their finest attire and attend the swanky party at Battersea Evolution to hear the much anticipated result of the Times 100 Best Small Companies. We are ecstatic to hear that, despite only being in the start of our 4th year we have been placed 28th in the Small Companies category. Not only this, but we won the overall prize for Best Learning & Development! This is quite a result for one of the youngest companies in the list, and our first time entering!
To us this result means much more than a number, it is a nod to know that our disruptive approach to company structure, HR, Wellness and Learning & Development is working. Our aim was to be a remarkable company from the get go, and to be given this accolade at this stage in our journey is definitely note-worthy. The unexpected award for Learning and Development is a real achievement for our Academy Team who have disrupted the way we train, coach and bring learning to our people and clients.
Paramjit Uppal our CEO and Founder summed it up as – ‘being listed 28th, winning the L&D Award AND being given the full 3 star ‘extraordinary’ accreditation is such encouragement to keep doing what we are doing and keep striving towards our goal to be a ‘remarkable company’. I am so proud of everyone at ANDigital because our people make this a special company and this result is down to everyone!’
